Member Agency Registration

UniqueSource membership is limited to Pennsylvania based corporations performing a production/services operation employing persons with disabilities and incorporated as a non-profit corporation or publicly funded entity under applicable state law. A Member Login will only be made available after a corporation has been approved for membership by the Board of Directors of UniqueSource.

Every individual employee of a Member organization must register for the UniqueSource website to get a Username and Password.

NOTE - this is not the registration page for an eCommerce store. If you are looking to create an account to make a purchase, please go to the Shop for Products page and navigate to the appropriate store.

*Note: Membership to this site is private. Once your account information has been submitted, the Site Administrator will be notified and your application will be subjected to a screening procedure.
